john and i were taking food to a couple who just had twins from our church. we decided to leave greyson in the car because he was content and we'd only be a second. john shut off the car and i told him to turn it back on so it didn't get to warm in there. lalala...we deliver the food, ooo and ahhh at the adorable twin boys, and proceed to go to our car to leave. john got there first and realized his door was locked...the back door was locked...oh no, panic was setting in....all the
doors were locked! our precious little boy was in the car. the locked car. so we went inside and asked to borrow a phone. we were going to call my parents to bring us a spare set of keys when it dawned on me-we have onstar. hallelujah! so we called and within five minutes our car was unlocked and we were singing praises! :) :) :) talk about one of the scariest times in my life. i don't know who invented onstar, but i now think it's one of the best inventions ever. i think after our free year runs up, we'll keep on paying for it. i think it's worth every penny!lesson learned...that's for sure!

aaww...i'm sure that was scary!! i'm glad it was left running and he wasn't in there long. onstar is a lifesaver! how did you call onstar from outside your car? i'm glad it all worked out and didn't take long. and don't worry....you are still an amazing mother!!
Thanks for the invite, I plan on coming to the party this Saturday

that can be scary! i know amos did it once when grace was a baby. but he was driving this sport car that automatically locks after a certain number of minutes while the car is running...that is just dumb :) glad everything worked out great! amos had to break the lock :) love ya!
Oh my goodness. I bet that was so scary. I hate that moment when you first realize something is terribly wrong. But now that everything is ok, you could be in a commercial for OnStar! :)
