how is greyson old enough to go to church camp at ycl for four days and three nights!?! he was so excited and has been looking forward to it since last year. he's been singing camp songs and they have taken me down memory lane since i went there as a camper and was a counselor there during college. i love hearing his thoughts about camp and feel blessed that he had this experience.
friday afternoon our neighbors took greyson and kenna to pottery bau in winona lake and then they went for ice cream. we are so blessed by our neighbors!
friday night we went to faith mission as a family to serve a meal to the residents. we prepared all the food which was a little intimidating but we got lots of compliments on our lasagna (even though i messed it up). :) kenna was so excited that she got to help serve because she usually doesn't get to since she's the youngest when we've gone with other families. john lead the devotional after supper and did a great job. we are looking forward to next month already.
