last weekend we got together with my dad's side of the family. our gatherings seem to be few and far between, but this time we had a good reason to all come together...my grandma's 80th birthday. this was the first time in nine years that all seven of the siblings were together. harold and maynard surprised her by coming from florida for the celebration to make this happen.
we also had another celebration of sorts. it was mother's night at preschool. greyson and i got to spend the evening together making crafts, going on a bear hunt, snacking, and greyson and his classmates sang many songs that they have learned over the year. greyson has grown up so much this year and has learned so many things. it was fun to see who he has been talking about and put faces to names.
