pure joy-elmo's green thumb

today greyson, aunt jenni, and i went to see elmo live at the morris civic performing arts center! we got inside just before the downpour and quickly found the souvenir booths. greyson wanted a magic wand so aunt jenni bought him one (he's been pretending to turn everyone into a frog with it). we found our seats with plenty of time to spare and waited anxiously for elmo and his buddies to appear. greyson was very excited and wanted to pet elmo. he would clap and dance and talk to the little boys around him. he also was a little squirmy but we were in the right place for that-all the kids were a little squirmy by the end! :)

unfortunately, i woke up late and was in a hurry and didn't grab my camera. i was debating anyway because the website said absolutely no photography or video. however, when we got there, everyone had their cameras. i was a little bummed. we took a few with aunt jenni's phone and i found some that people had posted online from the same show. pretty clever, huh? :)
(don't mind greyson's closed eyes...for some reason, that's how he is smiling now)

i love seeing things through greyson's eyes...it brings me pure joy!
