my boys...

on friday, greyson insisted being outside with grandpa while he was working on my sister's car. grandpa let him stay out there for a while, but a two year old in a shop full of tools and equipment is more hassle than help. so after some time, grandpa made him go inside. my dad said a little while later he saw greyson running across the drive way with his tool box in hand, determined to help some more. he had snuck out of the house while grandma was in the bathroom. he didn't even take the time to grab shoes before escaping. this little boy is always cracking me up. he knows what he wants and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it, especially when work and tools are involved! :)

today was the first day of deer hunting season (with a shot gun). i always dread this time of year because it means that even on the weekends john is getting up early so he can go out and hunt. thankfully this year, there won't be anymore early mornings because john got a good size doe this morning!!! i'm proud of my hunter. :) greyson told everyone he saw today about daddy's deer so i think he was proud too.

i just love my boys and the joy that they bring to my life...
