Where's Jessica??

i have not been blogging as much as i would like so i thought i'd take a quick moment to update. life around the davis household has been crazy, although pretty uneventful at the same time if that is possible. john hurt his back a week and a half ago and so we haven't gone out too much. he's doing much better now, but still has some discomfort. i'm managing staying busy between my masters, church activities, and the daily grind of work and household chores. i have found that i am able to accomplish so much more these days, but i also have given up somethings in order to do that. i'm also enjoying school in a way (i know, i'm a complete dork!) but i will also be glad when it is over. :) greyson is still doing wonderful and has increased the time he is sleeping at night. he's started going to bed betwen 7 and 8 and stays asleep until 7 the next morning. this has been nice and gives me an extra hour to get things done. he is into everything so i no longer have decorations on my coffee table. this came to be after john was watching him one afternoon and greyson ended up eating a candle. not the whole thing, but a good sized chunk. that boy will not leave things alone. he is sooo curious and loves to get his hands on anything and everything. he is getting really good at holding on to things and walking. it's exciting to see him change so much.
