gave him tylenol before we went. he was a real trooper considering we were there from 9-11:30 (don't get me started on doctor's offices...grrr). we started feeding him rice cereal probably a month ago, and now have started giving him fruits. he loves peaches and has eaten more of those in one day than he did in three days when we were giving him pears. he isn't as regular now and it seems to be giving him some discomfort. he surprises me with his toots and how smelly he is and then there's nothing in the diaper!
greyson found out that he's getting a new friend in september and he's very excited! he smiles each time we talk about baby hahn. God answered our prayers and even allowed our little boys to be close in age. we couldn't be more excited for them and greyson is already looking forward to their play dates and going fishing with their daddies when they get older!i was telling greyson today that this was our last monday together and i started crying. yes, crying. i didn't think that would happen until next monday when i really had to leave him. i know he is going to be smothered with love by the best babysitter we could ask for (his grandma susie) but it's just hard knowing we won't be able to spend as much time together. i've been praying for peace and excitement to go back to school and i hope this week sometime i receive that. :)

i can't believe i have only seen this little guy once!! he is so cute i just want to hug him!! i'm so bummed it hasn't worked out for us to get together before school starts. hopefully a weekend will work out before too long. i know it will not be easy for you to go back to school, but i'm sure you feel so much comfort knowing that he will be with your mom. and being away from greyson will just make you treasure every minute you are with him even more than you do now. i will pray that you will be completely filled with peace as you go back. have a great week!!
Great update on Greyson...he is a cutie head and such a good little boy! I just love having him around! And I am so excited about Matt Jr. :) The kids will have a great time together :) Oh, Jessica...it is hard to go back to work. But I just know that God will give you the peace that you need. Also, what a true blessing to have Greyson in such great hands!! Love you!
oh my, he is growing so quickly...glad to hear he loves his peaches :). i happen to be a fan of peaches as well...okay, so the real ones, not so much the ones that come out of a jar :). ha! i will be praying for your family as the school transition takes place!!! I'm so glad that Greyson likes our baby already! :) I can't wait til we actually get to introduce them!! I can't imagine how hard it will be for you to leave Greyson next week. But the good thing about it is once your at school, you're so busy that it keeps your mind off other things. What a blessing to have your mom close by to babysit!! :)
he is so adorable. i bet it really will be hard to leave him and go to work. it was hard for me, but now i have learned to appreciate that time when i am around adults! i'll praying for you!!
