kenna played softball again this year. she improved so much through out the season and even started enjoying more and more. she made contact with the ball often, although it didn't go very far. she got to play infield this year which was a big deal to her. she has a good arm. her knowledge of the game needs to improve as she doesn't always know where to throw the ball when she gets it, but that will come. her team wasn't good and never won a game. i try not to influence the kids decisions about which sports they enjoy, but i sure hope kenna sticks with softball!
greyson continues to love baseball. he was on the white sox this year. he played catcher, first base, second base, and short stop. he even pitched one game (their coach made everyone pitch at least once). we didn't get to see him pitch because we were in canada but he enjoyed it and did a decent job). he is aggressive at the plate and is a good hitter. his team had their fair share of wins and losses. he got asked to play on the all star game on the 4th of July. he was pretty pumped about that. he loves baseball and that makes my heart happy!
