graham has been asking to go to the zoo for a long time. we had to be out of the house for a long time for the cleaning lady so i decided it was a perfect day to go. greyson thought he was too big to go to the zoo so he stayed with grandma and grandpa.
we had gorgeous weather. it was overcast and cool. kenna kept complaining that she was cold in her tank. i thought it felt perfect. i let the kids do pretty much everything while we were there. we were all tired by the time we headed home.
we finally got to go camping for the second time this year. we headed south to france park. we enjoyed this campground as they had so much for the kids to do. they absoluetly loved the waterfall and creek/river and played in it constantly. greyson loved catching crawdads and managed to catch many.
we were in the beach triangle and loved our set up. it's so nice when camping with others to have the doors facing each other. kenna had never slept in a tent and she really wanted to. matt brought one along and the girls actually stayed in it all night. i was quite surprised. kenna had a hard time falling asleep so i laid with her and she was out in no time.
we went on some bike rides, swam, and the guys and boys played disc golf. it was a fun place to camp. the kids want to go back.
