mother's day weekend was packed full. saturday we helped with the postal food drive. our open hands pantry received a third of the food and we helped collect, sort, and weigh the food. it lasted much longer than we anticipated but it was still fun. we were all a little tired by the time we got done.
we had to rush to greyson's first piano recital. he played three songs and did a wonderdul job. he really enjoys playing piano.
mother's day was spent at church and then around the house. we really didn't do anything special but i did get some time to read outside all by myself. it was glorious! i love being these kids' mom. it definitely can be challenging at times, but there isn't anything else i'd rather do.
