as a child, I always loved camp. i have so many great memories going with my childhood best friend and going to campmeeting with my grandparents. while in college, i was a camp counselor and loved it. hands down, best job ever! i have met so many amazing people and had so many great experiences there.
i was thrilled when greyson said he wanted to go to camp this summer because last summer he didn't want too (which i totally get...he's so young!). it was only one night and two days which was a good amount of time for his first time being away without any other kids that he knew.
he had a blast and loved everything about it. according to him, the best part was when they were in the multi because that's where they heard such great Bible stories. he's already talking about going next year (for four nights...yikes!). i had a little difficulty leaving him, but i knew he was in great hands!
two other people whom I used to with with at camp also had sons who were attending camp, so of course we had to get a picture of the three of them. i'm so thankful that i can pass down this experience to my kids and i hope they love it as much as i do!

That is so awesome! Camp is a great experience but I'm sure a little scary to drop a child off there. Glad Greyson had so much fun!
