{26 hours}

last weekend we went to john's christmas party in grand rapids. it was so nice to have 26 hours all to ourselves. we ditched out of the party shortly after the main entertainment and went and got some drinks and actually had conversations without being interrupted. of course, our conversations could have taken place in the car, but i managed to fall asleep on the way there AND on the way home (what can i say...i'm tired). it was a nice little get a way.

john managed to take home another gold club award. we both had to go up on stage and i knew John was getting the award so i was so nervous knowing i'd have to walk up there in front of all those people.  he's a rockstar salesman and i couldn't be more thankful for how hard he works for our family!

lifehouse was the main entertainment.  they songs were good but they weren't that fun to watch in concert.  they didn't really interact with the crowd.
