greyson was so excited for his first day of kindergarten. he picked out what he wanted to wear and got up with ease. on the second day, he got up even earlier and when i asked him why he got up so early, he exclaimed, "it's the second day of kindergarten. i can't miss it!"
weeks into the school year, he isn't as excited to get up but he still is enjoying school. he loves his teacher and has some good friends already. rumor has it, he even has a girlfriend. however, he won't admit this and gets upset when we mention miss lily.
he gets excited when he sees a word he knows in print and loves to tell us what words he knows. he sure likes school more when it's not with me!
of course, kenna misses her bubby and asks about him throughout the day. she had to get in on the first day of school pictures.
about a week in, greyson came home and said kindergarten was getting harder. when i asked him what was hard, he said he had to sit criss cross apple sauce for a long time and it hurt his legs! ha! i hope that's the only thing that he thinks is hard! we are looking forward to a great year!

How are you doing with him being in Kindergarten, Mom? My son started 1st grade this year and I'm still not over it. haha
Those pictures are so GOOD! He is so cute! I can't believe the boys are in kindergarten already!
I'm so glad that he is still enjoying school. I know you were worried about how he would do! It's neat to get to see him throughout the day at school!
