great times

this week we took greyson to the fair for the very first time. he loved looking at the animals and would wave at each one. when we took him to the rabbit barn he was scared to pet one. other than that, i think he liked it. we learned not to go on tractor pull day. it was definitely the most busiest we have ever seen the fair.

friday afternoon we went to center lake in warsaw. it was a blast! greyson loved swimming in the water and playing on the playground. it was a spontaneous trip and when i mentioned going to john he was all over it. it was wonderful family quality time. that's one of the things i loved about john when we were dating...his spontaneity.

when we got back we headed to the stankovich mansion to eat, fish, and hang out. we now have five bass in our pond thanks to tim and jody helping john catch them. one was 18 inches long and john has named him charlie. he's very excited to finally have some bass in the pond. just another reason for me NOT to swim in it...haha. :)

saturday i met up with rach, lish, and julie in marion. it was a quick trip but we enjoyed shopping at a little mall and eating at sonic. thanks gals for a great afternoon and i hope we can do it again soon!

i still have three more weeks until school starts up again...i hope to enjoy as many great times as i can before then!
