tara asked us if we would want to go to jellystone in fremont. i checked out the website and was very interested. it looked like it would be tons of fun and it proved to be so! we got there on sunday night and as soon as we got set up we headed to the water. the pools were warm, but the slides were not. the cold water didn't keep the kids away.
john and michael both opted to work on monday so tara and i had all the kids. it rained through much of the night and until after lunch time. we stayed in the camper and watched some dvds and drove each other crazy. then we headed to do some activities the park had available. the kids made a craft, we played some games, and then ate lunch together.

it cleared up after lunch and we made our way to the water once again. the twins were into catching fireflies and all the kids played well together. we kept meals supper simple which was nice. we booked the sites too late, so we didn't have sites by each other. it wasn't as bad as i thought it might be, but next time we'll try to book early!
the kids absolutely loved it here. we'll have to make this trip more often! definitely a little more like "glamping" than camping, but that was okay by us! we always love our time with the watt's family!
we had to leave monday night for greyson's championship game (and then we went back...lots of driving in three days!). they ended up losing but they played a good game. greyson was pretty pumped about this because last year this team only won 1 game! they've come a long way!
