we had a great time celebrating with the birthday boys on saturday. their birthday fell on the weekend so we actually got to have the party on their birthday. it's always fun when that happens. we went with a construction theme but kept things pretty simple. we didn't even plan the food until the morning of the party! we've both been so busy and exhausted it just kept getting pushed off. luckily it came together nicely. the weather was gorgeous (upper 50's!!) so john took the boys on a tractor ride. they were in heaven!
they got lots of summer clothes, which i requested when asked. i heard it wasn't easy to find said clothes but the family came through. ha! :) i didn't take many pictures during the actual party. the boys were on the move the entire time so the ones i did get were blurry! but here are some from before the party. i had to bribe graham to let me take his picture...he hasn't been a big fan of getting his picture taken lately.
