{summer time fun}

summer is flying by. greyson and kenna have been getting along pretty well. one day i looked outside and they had connected three hoses and were having all sorts of fun on the trampoline. 

the pond has gotten a ton of use this summer. all the kids really enjoy the water. i love that kenna is kissing greyson, greyson is having a fit, and easton is licking the water like a dog. easton is also the one crying. he probably got in trouble for throwing sand. 

another daily activity for us is riding four wheelers and/or tractors. the boys start asking for a ride as soon as they wake up and they are not happy until they've gotten one. kenna got to drive the four wheeler and tractor all by herself this summer. she does a good job. 

going to grandpa and grandma's is another regular activity. we like being silly on the hammock. 

of course summer wouldn't be complete without food! popsicles are a favorite treat and the boys (all if of them) love their cereal for a bedtime snack. shopping at sam's is so much more enjoyable when the boys can taste all kinds of yummy treats. 

easton always asks me to snuggle him at bedtime. i usually respond with "for a little bit." he's started to say, "long bit." seriously melts my heart. 

nights have been rough for me as i usually have three kids in my bed at some time during the night. sometimes multiple times for each kid. of course i stay up way too late and i have slacked on getting up and getting ready for the day before the kids wake up (it happens every summer no matter how determined i am to not let it happen). it's hard to believe how quickly summer is going, but it's been good to us!
