last week i was a little overwhelmed and hadn't planned anything for supper. john said, let's go out. of course i never turn down that offer so we decided to go to the root beer stand in syracuse. it was a nice night and we hadn't seen the frye's in a while so we called up jess and amos and asked if we could go for a boat ride. they changed their plans and took us for a nice stroll around the lake. the twins enjoyed their first boat ride-and by enjoyed, i mean they slept most of the time! thanks again frye's!
the twins also had another first time experience: camping! we went to chain o' lakes with the hahn's and frye's. i was going to stay at home with the twins but decided to take them. the stankovich's graciously let us borrow their travel trailer so i had a place to nurse and keep the boys enclosed if they were fussy or needed a nap. the kids played so well together and we enjoyed spending time with our friends.
isn't summer just the greatest!

We had so much fun with you all on the boat and camping! Thank you so much for calling us up! It was so great to see you :) And everyone did so good camping!! I think the twins got the most attention for sure and it was so fun to see the other kids fighting to hold them :)
Loved camping with everybody! Emerson for sure was very glad you brought the twins! :) It's so fun to get together with everyone.
