one of my favorite photography blogs is click it up a notch. i have never participated in her link ups but thought i would because there are some cool prizes up for grabs (winners are random, it's not a contest!). the cool thing is with this link up, i was able to go through my pictures from the year and i enjoyed looking at my growing changing family! i picked all of my pictures from june on because that is when i learned to shoot in manual mode. some of these are edited and some are not. now, my top 11 in no particular order:
1. i love this picture of my son. it captures his personality and i also love the blueness of his eyes. precious!
2. i am drawn to this picture because it's my two "boys" doing what they love to do-fish! there's nothing better than quality time with dad!
3. this picture is special because whenever i snap green beans i think of my grandpa who is no longer with us. we used to snap beans every summer together and now i get to pass on the tradition with my son.
4. can you say "bad to the bone?" ha! greyson and his birthday toy!
5. i just this shortly after i learned to shoot in manual. it was taken with porch lighting, which is amazing! when i printed this picture out, his eyes are sooo blue. love it!
6. yes, i do have two children! :) this is one of miss kenna's three month pics...love the sweetness of this.
7. this picture makes me smile every time i see it. i love that she is standing on her toes and i can't resist the cute outfit! :)
8. she spends a lot of time in her high chair. i just love chubby baby hands. melts. my. heart.
9. i took this picture using tips from click it up a notch. i love the way it turned out!
10. okay, i think this is my all time favorite picture from this year. i just love everything about it.
11. one of kenna's 6 month pics. country gal at heart?

Awww. They are soooo adorable. Love the Christmas shot and yay for manual mode. Thanks so much for linking up with us.
This was so fun to look at! The pictures are amazing, but it helps with you have wonderful kids :)
Totally adorable, but I must admit I was so teary eyed from number 3 that I didn't focus well after that. I love that photo, because I lost both of my grandmothers this year and one of my favorite memories is stringin' beans with them.
Thank you!!
LOVE! You are so talented and your adorable kids definitely help!!
