father's day

today was a great day to celebrate john! i started off the day by making him pancakes for breakfast and then greyson gave him his gift. he got him a notre dame t-shirt and notre dame shorts. john loves them! greyson did a great job picking them out. :) we ate lunch at my parents house and then they came here for dinner. we had too much meat, but i guess that's what dad's like-steak for lunch, pork chops for supper.

in the afternoon we took long naps and then john and greyson went swimming in the pond. it was the first time this year anyone has gone swimming in it. of course, they had a great time! they tried to talk me into getting in, but i just wasn't feeling it. ;)

i'm so thankful God has blessed with me with a terrific husband and a super dad for my son. john is very active in raising and helping out with greyson. i love watching the boys interact and love on one another. thanks john for being so wonderful!
