{easter}

 we were so happy that we could be with others for easter this year since we couldn't be last year.  last year we had to watch service from our house in our pajamas and it just wasn't the same.  this year we were with hundreds of others and we had such an uplifting service.  we switched churches in february this year which has been so good for our family. it's created a season of revival and excitement but it also has come with a season of sadness to leave the comfortable and people we've grown up with. 

i always try to get a picture of the kids on major holidays and it always turns into fighting.  this year was no different.  i think my expectations are too high and asking the kids to pose together is just a little much for them.  they think they are being tortured! 

we had my mom and dad over for lunch and had a very low key day. 

on good friday, barb had us all over for the traditional egg coloring and easter egg hunt.  jonah join in this year and so did aunt karen and uncle rich.  it was good to see them! it's also a lot to ask this crew for a picture.  wyatt always does his own thing and graham's eyes were shut in every picture i took. ha! 

we are thankful we serve a risen Savior! He is Alive!
