we had two days off for fall break this year. i LOVED it! it was a nice, well deserved break to spend with my kiddos. we played games, we played with playdough, we went for a walk, and rearraranged kenna's room to accommodate her new bed, we visited indianapolis to see toby, trent, and jenn, and did a little errand running. i love, love, love this time of year!

on the way to indy we stopped to see mater. The kids thought he was pretty neat. while in indy, we were spoiled with cookie butter to bring home and cookie butter ice cream to eat there. they also treated us to gigi's cupcakes, and qdoba (one of our favorite places to eat!). the weather kept us from going to a pumpkin patch but we made the most of it and played outside between the rain. definitely a trip we need to make more often.

It sounds like the perfect time off!!! So glad the kids traveled well. And it would have been awesome to have seen you guys at The Cheesecake Factory :)
