{big girl in the house}

potty training has been no easy task at the davis household for our little princess.  we have tried for many, many, many months to no avail.  we used every positive reinforcement we could think of...sticker charts, candy, a doc mcstuffin's doll, etc.  we started and stopped this process many times as the tears and fights weren't worth it for us!  we thought last summer would be a good time while i was off work but then i was pregnant and was sick a lot so i wasn't able to put as much into it as i hoped.  however, we also wanted to make sure she was trained before the arrival of her twin brothers and before she turned three (which is at the end of march).  well, we finally have concurred this battle and she's been wearing big girl underwear since the last week of december.  she has done so well and we are thrilled! :) way to go baby big girl!
